October 28 | CUNY Renaissance Studies Open House
Renaissance Studies is an interdisciplinary certificate program for PhD students at the Graduate Center. The PhD programs in Art History, Classics, Comparative Literature, English, French, Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian Literatures, History, Music, Philosophy, and Theatre all participate in it.
Their open house will be October 28th at 2-3pm in the Dining Commons for lunch, followed by a tour of the Renaissance Society of America Office with the Executive Director Carla Zecher at 3pm, and meetings with program faculty at 3:30pm. At 4pm the discussion “‘My Play’s Last Scene’: Donne and Bowie Perform Death” will be happening in the Skylight Room, and interested students are encouraged to stay for that as well.
