Abstracts are sought for a proposed grouping of two panels at the MLA convention in Austin, Texas, Jan 7-10, 2016 on the topic of Agrippa d’Aubigné’s Protestant epic “Les Tragiques,” published 500 years earlier in 1616. The panels aim to take this anniversary as an opportunity for scholars to review the present state of “Tragiques” scholarship and to showcase new and developing approaches.
